The Annual Plan of the Panchayat is "the official plan of activities that the Panchayat decides to undertake for village development in a given year."

Infrastructure: Road construction and maintenance
Drinking Water Projects: Clean water supply and conservation schemes
Agricultural Development: Agricultural development schemes and assistance for farmers
Welfare Activities: Women and child welfare programs
Special Assistance: Aid and support for senior citizens and persons with disabilities
Health and Sanitation: Public health initiatives and sanitation/waste management activities
Housing and Employment: Housing distribution (housing schemes) and employment programs
Social Advancement: Educational and social development activities
2. Stages of Preparing the Annual Plan:
Collecting Needs: Needs and demands of the public are gathered directly from Ward Sabhas / Grama Sabhas
Setting Priorities: Priorities are fixed from the gathered demands
Development Seminar: Projects are discussed thoroughly in a Development Seminar
Approval: The Panchayat Committee reviews and approves the plan
Implementation: The approved plan is subsequently executed
